Is Digital Marketing Manager a junior, senior, or mid-level role?

Which company would you choose between ClearView and Guidehouse considering that my goal is to stay 2-3 years in consulting and exit to business development/corporate development in biotech/pharma?

J1 & J2 together make about 200k although there is no room for growth in either but WLB is amazing (< 10hrs per week). Stuck contemplating if I should abandon overemploy to chase promotions seeing that I could eventually get to my current salary with my job. Just feeling a little stuck over all. I know many consultants most likely make more. Any one else feel this way or have any thoughts? I was thinking of looking for a different J1 and slowly try to climb up if possible.

Should I wait another day before following up with my recruiter about the status of the background check? I don’t suspect there to be any crazy thing, but I’m just anxious. I am on a team that manages relationships with the banks that hold brokerage accounts for a large Asset Management firm. I have gained an enormous amount of experience (relationship mgmt, project mgmt, analysis), and compensation is decent - $85k base with $25k bonus - but I have no idea what my top earning potential would be if I switched companies or pursued another role. ADHD medication with high Blood Pressure?

I found ADHD meds helpful when I worked in consulting in my 20s. I stopped the meds when I went back to school. Also have had High BP since late 20s. 15 years away, I am back in consulting and loving it, however my difficulties juggling so many projects/tasks is holding me back. I know I would benifit from some ADHD medication but my Dr won’t prescribe any with my history of BP (controlled with BP meds). Anyone else gone through this? Any tips?

Curious as to how others wind down after particularly long, taxing days. I sometimes have really tough days (lots of work, meeting relatively short deadlines, etc.) and I find it really hard to wind down. Also, sometimes if I make a mistake, it’s hard for me to drown out my thoughts and not dwell on it for the rest of the night. I try to remind myself not to be too hard on myself . However, I find it physically hard to wind down.
