I am planning to establish semi-annual or quarterly f2f team meetings for a new analytics consulting practice. I have a definite opinion about what makes for a good process of team building, but want to hear from the community.

What does the bowl think? (the team is starting at 5 and will grow to 8-10 over the next year.

Recently tried to buy series-I bonds from the fed and they refused to allow me to open an account without getting a notarized form with my address on it. They say it’s a 13 week processing time, which really pisses me off. Two questions:
