Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. Turns out the stock price at time of my hiring (which is what was used to calculate the number of shares over the three years) was the highest it’s ever been. Stock price has been cut in half since then, along with my RSU value. 😭 how do I cope?

35/m sole earner for a family with 2 kids. Want a life insurance with a ~$2m payout (to cover nice funeral, mortgage, kids college, spending money for the wife until she finds husband no.2 etc). Should I go with term, permanent or one indexed to a fund? Also, should I get one policy or is there any advantage to taking out multiple?

Hello 🐠- first time home buyer and closing is in next 45 days. Have a decent Credit score (757) and Worried with fluctuating bond yields/ interest rates . Any suggestions on how to research for better lenders with less interest rates. Searching online gives too many confusing results. Few friends referred some (3-4) lenders who provided similar rates to me. I’m now confused if I need to keep shopping with a hope for better rates or to stop and lock with better one among these lenders. TIA

Looking for advice for investing in these two options. Say I have $100k by October saved up
1) Put 10k into iBonds and $90k as downpyament and closing costs for a property (I’ll need to put in 20%, already talked to several mortgage agents)
2) Put $0 in ibonds and put all the $100k in the home investing (given it’s a little more of an expensive property, given some other factors - location, size, etc)

Recommendation for a tax person to help with complicated taxes - husband and I lived in NJ for part of 2021, he worked remotely for an nyc and then Long Island co., I worked in NJ and for a MA firm.
