Is exiting to Amazon Sr PM after becoming a PL at BCG and M7 MBA a step down?

What should be the next certification that I should get? I have the CFE. I’m targeting the CFCS and the ACAMS as the next ones that I should get. Any thoughts on which one I should get 1st? Pros/Cons

Do any firms offer significant sponsorship / tuition assistance for employees looking to pursue part time MBA / EMBA while still employed? I know many firms offer sponsorship for top performers to go attend full time mba programs and then come back, but can’t seem to find much about sponsorship for those who want /need to keep working during mba. Also, interested to know details of sponsorship for the firms that do offer this.

Im completely burned out from my job and I feel paralyzed. I graduated with an MBA, went into consulting for various personal reasons that made it risky to do anything else, and I feel like the expectations everyone has of me to be a leader just don’t match up. Hello fishes. I'm a MBA graduate currently working as a digital marketing professional in a mid size consulting firm with 3 years of experience. I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA. Am I asking too much or shall I take the offer of 7.5 LPA

Just received an offer for Accenture strat (M&A) group, with sizeable TC increase. Hi All. I have cleared the HR round in wipro and they confirmed that the offer letter will be rolled out with in a week. But the problem is I don't have offer and release letter of my first company where I have worked for 4 years( I have only mail confirmation by the HR, confirming my tenure over there). I have just spoke with the recruiter, she has suggested to upload all the documents for BGV and after clearing the BGV i should put down my papers.But BGV happens only after joining. Please suggest.
