Haven't heard of the group, but S&T is a service line of which Parthenon is a sub-service line. Analytics may be another SSL under S&T

There’s an analytics group based out of Chicago. And yes, as far as I know you are still under the eyp umbrella.

Hi all! I just started at my company as a BA I in July. We have performance reviews starting in Jan. and I want to negotiate a pay increase. Since I started, I’ve been placed on 3 different projects and have been willing to help with anything that needs to get done. However there hasn’t been any work for me to do. I have asked almost daily for work and either no one has anything to send me or they don’t have the time to show me how to do it so I haven’t had any work to show. Should I negotiate?

Hey All 👋🏽 I am looking to make a switch into recruiting from digital mktg + PMing for the past 5 years. Ideally looking to get into tech recruiting but open to non tech as well.

Has anyone here made a similar switch? If yes did you directly go to client side or joined a recruiting agency? Looking for some direction and advice.

I have been in sales leadership for over twelve years. Wanting to move from sales leadership into recruiting. Burned out on sales. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Would you be concerned? I'm usually not superstitious.

Next week FAANG earnings begin with NFLX and following 2 weeks all the big boys go. Are earnings going to be catalyst for next leg up or next leg down? I don’t think better than expected works anymore like it did in the summer. One thing to note though all the major tech companies but Apple are trading below where they did at Q3 earnings.

I need some mental health advice/help. I have a client who is extremely condescending and rude. They are a bully. They make themselves feel good trying to make other people feel small. It sucks.

I know that dealing with clients like this is part of the biz but I've really let them get in my head and get myself down.

What do you do to keep your head up and not let these types of clients trample any enthusiasm to do your job?

Please help 🙏 Has anyone done human/employee due diligence before? I’m thinking I’m going to approaching it where I do a mix of 1:1 and workshop style “interviews” to assess the quality and skills of people coming from a company to be acquired. How does one does this in practice? What types of questions should I be asking given I don’t have domain expertise in all these areas, and what does an final output/deliverable look like? It’s like 50 people.
