Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.

So here are my questions.

How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.

When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

I personally hate working holidays related to minorities or during race history months at least at my current firm. The amount of cringey, borderline racist shit I've heard in the office today is disgusting. Didn't know that non-Indigenous people still referred to Indigenous people as Indians, but I sure got a wake-up call today. Yikes.

I did not get any proper interview call for years (was getting jobs like cctv operator, asset manager, bpo etc) 1 year ago joined a c2h company (become fool by hr) as system admin position (actual job is uploading data to server only) the company only gives salary which is low comparing to living cost now after 1 year still not getting proper interview call. With having knowledge on linux , aws I did not get any proper interview call till years. Feeling frustrated

HI Fishes I got an offer from IBM and I accepted it, that was fir bangalore location. I asked my SPOC today for location change to my place. They told it is a tier 2 city and you will get less ctc than accepted. I said ok, they told they ll check with mgmt on possibility. Actually I got the offer by saying ok for relocation during MR as initial recruiter asked to do so. Now my worry is will they go and check with MR and cancel this offer? Kindly help IBM
