Is financial tech consulting in to more market finance exit doable?

30 yr old client wants to move to a cash position bc we’ve lost what he deems too be too much this year. I’m new so my first real conversation like this. How do you approach it? What would you say?

Only been at D for 4 months, contracted by BAH and offered 94k + 8k signing bonus, currently at 71k at Deloitte. The role at BAH is also much more in line with my technical skill set/interests. How offended will my leadership be if i tell them Im leaving to take this offer? I want to take it im just trending the awkward conversation

I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement. I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role. My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k. Any Suggestion?

As I prepared to file my notice, the partner of the firm called me and asked me to stay. They’re willing to promote me mid year in December and increase salary next year in August. The current offer I have gives 60% pay increase and Partner still can’t match that offer after promotion. Working as Consultant at Cognizant Business Consulting now, I am being offered a role of Senior Business Analyst as a contractor for 1yr, initially for 6 months in Deloitte india. I am a bit skeptical with this Contractor thing. Can someone guide me please? They say I don't have prior Big 4 consulting experience and hence this role.
