What are actionable items one should strive for when trying to grow as a designer after landing their first role? I hear a lot about ways to grow to land the first job but very little about how to improve after you know the basics.

I sit down to plan daily, have calendar blocks, set expectations, have a spreadsheet for work tracking, people I work with are happy and I write detailed notes. I just feel like a mess in my head.
