I haven’t started yet, but have had a couple of Accenture PMs reach out regarding open roles for upcoming projects. All meetings have gone fine and promising, only to lead up to a rejection that they’re moving with another resource. Does Accenture move quickly in resourcing for projects?

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Having it will open every door. If you have the will...get it done.
Industry yes, PA - not really if you have other certifications like CISA, having a cpa definitely helps in establishing credibility in a client facing role
Not necessarily but having it will open doors that are otherwise closed. Once you have it you’ll forever be benefited by it. I totally get that it’s not “technically” required but at the end of the day you’re still some variation of an accountant and a CPA is the gold standard of the industry. Regardless of Big 4 or midsized, public or private, SOX or Tax it holds weight and in a world where when it comes to hiring and it’s you versus someone else that license can make all the difference.
TL;DR: Do it!
It won’t limit you internally, but if you go to industry it’s much more preferable to have it and will open more doors for you.
