It's very respectable and despite what people on this app will tell you, getting a gig straight out of college is definitely challenging

like

To us, the bar feels low because we’ve already gotten the job. But a new graduate who has very little experience that distinguishes them from others have to stand out somehow.

I think for the average American, it would be fairly difficult. The starting salary for a 1st year associate or analyst is higher than the median household income in America.

Agreed that it’s harder when you’re in college but way easier after you have some experience under your belt.

Harder than getting into Harvard

If you have a degree from a target school that they recruit from, and come in a a campus hire, no, not hard at all.

Is it unethical as realtors working in an office to block chunks of time off for personal reasons? Some of my coworkers stay in their desks for up to 10 hours, but I've taken up the habit of blocking at least 1 hour daily for lunch, breaks, and other issues that may arise. Do you do this as well or do you prefer to work straight through your day?
