I'm a senior associate at an AmLaw 100 firm being considered for an non-equity partner position at another AmLaw 100 firm which is a bit further down the pole. There is a business development expection to eventually convert to equity; the expectation at the start is to assist with existing work. Jumping essentially let's me short track the road to partner. I worked PRN for a (DHHS) agency contractor for 3 months. The

contract ended/reduced in June 2022 but we weren't technically let go. We just didn't get hours. In April 2022, I started my current full time job as a contractor at another DHHS agency. The PRN company won't answer my emails and calls requesting to be released so I can get a PIV badge at my new agency. To whom can I report them?
