Hello all, this is my first post! Currently at US Bank as a mortgage officer and looking to go to Chase. I’m on the third rd of interviews for a Relationship Banker position and have 7 years Military leadership experience, 7 years sales which include 3 years mortgage lending. One year left to complete my MBA. Should I make the move or stay where I’m at? And what is the typical salary and commission to be expected on the offer letter? Any information would be great.

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

How long were you at your firm before taking medical leave for non-elective surgery?

Considering having gastric bypass done. It is technically not elective (insurance even calls it medically necessary), but it's not urgent either like a heart surgery.
