She said, will check with business and get back to me. It's been 3 days no response, when I called her today she didn't pick. Is it normal in EY?

Herjavec group- 11 lpa fixed + 1 l VP - IAM role with sailpoint exposure.

Optum - 11.7 fixed + 1.75 VP + 50K JB but the work is simple User access management with no exposure to IAM tool.
