Hi All! I hope you guys are staying safe and healthy.
I am hosting a free workshop for teachers that I thought might benefit you. The workshop is called From Unsettled to Prepared Classroom. I am giving you the tools you need to feel organized and ready for this upcoming school year. There is so much that is still uncertain and it can be super daunting to start to plan for a year like this one.

this might be kind of a hot take, but some might say the bar is lower for post MBA hires given higher volume and less competition
Yup
I wonder how the hiring bar compares between undergrad campus hires/experienced hires/mba hires

I honestly think MBA hires would be lowest (and that's not an insult given the talent level of the other two categories). It's just true that thr bulk of MBA hires had close to zero shot at even landing MBB interviews out of undergrad, let alone acing them.
In contrast, from what I've seen, most experienced hires into generalist practices are from the same talent pool as campus hires - they typically just didn't have good enough interview days resulting in landing at a T2 or something similar.
Experienced hires into specialist positions would be a different story, but hard to compare more specialized skill sets to generalist recruiting, so it's a bit moot.

Pre MBA talent on average is solidly better than the post MBA talent.
Coach
The bar is the same. Post-MBA people have more experience so tend to have an easier time hitting that bar.
Mentor
the point is that at any point in time, they will likely be the same talent.

In 2014, SBA John and associate Kim are both 80/100 on talent.
