I Resigned on last friday from the portal and i have 2 concerns at the moment i'll cover that in 2 posts.

1. When i tried to press the submit button it showed me an error popup with message saying something like "redundant entry". i'm sure I didn't submit resignation before that ever. But when i came out of the resignation window it was showing resignation submitted on 8/4/22. Kind of weird thing but could it cause in trouble in my clearance process ??

How introverted are you? EVERY time I’m around a group of people I wind up exhausted. It’s almost funny. I’ve learned to be present and I can handle the room, but when I leave…100% need a nap. I'm currently working with Capgemini at C1 level. I have an offer from TCS of 20L(with variable) and I have asked for permanent onshore to CG for retention. CG is trying to get me in the onsite project and now they have offered me 18.5L(with variable) and 1.5L retention bonus with C2 promotion.
