Is hiring resume in Oracle oci? Hearing from few people that they receive offers after long time

Are there any companies hiring remote rn and willing to take a change on someone looking for a career change? I’m a senior manager in operations, but I just don’t like what I do. Honestly, the money doesn’t speak to me anymore either. I understand I probably need to take a step or two down in level, but I am willing to grind! Thank you!

Switched careers six months ago and have a lot of ground to make up in terms of salary and industry experience. What do I need to accomplish in my current position before trying to level up or out? I’m on track to be up for a promotion to Sr. Analyst (if I lead at least one project according to my Manager) end of this year but have been stuck shadowing and training since January.

I have recently interviewed at AWS for Cloud Support Engineer 1 role, i have 4.5 yoe in backend development and I'm an AWS solution architect associate certified and currently having offer of 21 LPA , how much can i expect from AWS ? Can they go as far as 35 LPA for this role?

Currently a manager at UK Big4 in AAS/FAAS/CMAAS. Don’t mind the technical side of the house, but really enjoy the deals and high data side of the jobs when working with FDD. Based on the business, TAG might be the ‘easiest’ to transfer most of my skills, but open for insights from the other service lines.

Currently working in M&A FDD at Deloitte but have been offered a similar FDD role at PwC with a bump in comp. Thoughts on differences between the practices at the two firms and factors to consider between the two roles?

Just received an interview offer for an outpatient position at a hospital and I've interviewed and am still awaiting a decision on the inpatient position. Does that mean that I may have not been selected or that they're unaware I applied for 2 positions? Is that something I should mention or not?

We both have the same YOE, same degree from the same school, etc etc. Mid process he ended up not getting this role but reapplied for the same role one level higher with another team. When hiring, do companies care if you have experience going through an IPO? Ive been at a startup for 4+ years and am entertaining the thought of leaving. My stock options are mostly vested at this point and the company plans to IPO in the not-so-distant future. Am I hurting my future career by leaving prior to the IPO and missing out on that experience or do companies not care about that? They said they will back pay us and (we're working much fewer hours) and they were reaching into their personal savings for months before and never took a salary. Lately I’ve been feeling pay by bracket policy is very counter productive. When I came from my prev company, I had salary at the higher bracket due to market correction and novartis offer coinciding. Now after a couple of years, I see that people who were hired before or after me on a lower package have somewhat similar package as me cause of the pay brackets despite me performing better. Should I talk to my manager explaining my predicament? Or should I simply search for another job?

I have joined oracle on monday. They told me the project is in Angular as I was working on Angular latest framework. Today I noticed the code on shared screen. I can not work on older technology. I have not received laptop yet and I called manager about tech stack of project then he told me that yes it is not angular project. What should I do.. should I continue here and collect laptop ? I have an offer from Oracle. The designation mentioned in offer letter is "Member Technical Staff." In the email it was also mentioned as "Senior Software Developer". But I interviewed for Senior Automation QA. Does my job role match my designation?

I have received an offer from Oracle HSBGU. I have been asked to accept the offer which i did and now they are asking me to send current address for first day welcome kit. But, i still have 2 and half months notice period left in my current organization. I am consfused as why they are asking me these details now. Are they going to send me welcome kit before my join date in oracle? Even though i accepeted offer, its not yet final that i will join Oracle.
