Hello Fishes , I was interviewed in Harman and Benz. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. After managerial round was completed I was rejected in both companies. I am fed up with this. Does anyone know what could be the reason for rejection after completing all rounds ? Has anyone faced similar situation in any other company. - Frustated Mbrdi Harman Connected Services Harman

Hi,
I understand you are applying with 0 experience in some other technology/ job type.
But let me clear few things, once you have some experience you are not considered as a fresher anymore.
1.
If you desire to switch role (analyst) please try to put in your resume that you have the desire to change the role. The companies always find a person coming from technical background, a better fit as an analyst as well. Because of the technical knowledge, an analyst can quickly fill the gap between client and Devs ( My friend did the same )
2.
If you simply want to change the technology, try giving it time outside of your work hours. Try creating some projects on your own to showcase on your resume. It can and will get exhausting at times but trust me it's worth it.
Why? I was a support engineer for 2 years working in night shifts incidents, SQL etc. I followed this strategy to get hired as a full stack web developer in my next switch.
Yeah, try to showcase your technical background as your strength.
Be ready to answer : "Why you want to switch from technical role to analyst".
A good analyst with technical background will get better paid also.
There is one to many ratio/relationship if we compare analyst with devs
I understand it is really frustrating working in night shifts and yes it does causes health issues.
I am from HR and from Recruiting background - I can suggest to switch jobs- SAP Basis is a highly in demand skill so until n unless you are not switching to ML, AI, Data science it is not worth it as now you have 2 years work ex which will go in vain.
Catch up with people on Linkedin Groups who are working in your dream companies in SAP.
Add HRs over Linkedin who hire for SAP Basis and Hana - Note down the must pointers of JD.
Google, youtube the interview patterns of those orgs.
I understand you might feel that you are not good enough, will spill an HR secret for you - People with zero skills and high confidence level apply and fail interviews and take their cues to be prepared for their next interviews.
Ah, chilla chilla kar scheme bata do sabko! 😜🤭
Jokes apart, Thanks for the vote of confidence. Have been trying to learn advanced stuff by participating in advanced activities.
If you like advanced things so much just go and give JEE Advanced
I will do chillofying 8 years back I decided to switch from coding to Recruitment.
Although I never got paid as much as I could have but I do enjoy spilling the beans and helping people around to perform better and grab the best deal available in market.
