I decided to graduate a year early, double majored in Health Policy & Economics and Global history.

I don't regret that decision. Being at Vanderbilt wasn't the best experience, esp for an immigrant w/ low SES status.

While COVID impacted my plans for the two summers I had, I made the best use of the opportunities I came across. I know I am skilled, more than competent, but sometimes seeing so many rejections makes me question my abilities.

Something needs to be done about ghosting during the hiring/interview process. I had multiple interviews with a firm, was told the interviews went great from all of the partners and that I would hear back, and was ghosted. I was invited back to interview for the sixth time almost six months later and was ghosted before the interview was even scheduled. It’s a shame how these employers treat job seekers. It takes a huge toll on you. At the very least, just tell job seekers that they didn’t get it

I have applied for QA automation after applying I got a mail for confirmation. EPAM has asked me to solve a coding challenge I am nervous to solve it as I am a manual tester and have no experience in coding BUT, I have been studying coding in selenium on my own still not confident enough. So I want to know if i fail this challenge can I keep trying in the company? OR do I have to wait for 3/6 moths to apply again?

I worked for 25+ years for Midtowne Spa Denver. I was the GM. The Trust who owned the building decided they wanted to sell it. Did I mention it was a Gay Men’s Spa.

I ran every facet of that job for the 25 yrs. From hiring to firing, training new staff, creating events, set pricing, purchasing all supplies.
