Is it a bad look to reschedule an introductory interview the day before?

Hello Community, I am interviewing for a senior consultant role in Salesforce practice at a big4 firm. What should I expect as a compensation?

A main goal in my career is to work in big tech with a strong preference for Google/Google X. I’m currently at 1 YOE and am excelling as a Developer working across the stack at a well funded startup with momentum. I’m considering practicing Algorithms and Data Structures now so that I can begin applying in 2023. Google/Xooglers, what’s the best approach to ensuring I’m well prepared? Any advice to moving into product from consulting at a small firm? I have a masters degree and 2 years post college work experience. I am currently a senior associate that leads implementation teams using Appian (low-code solution) my experience before that was a small consulting firm doing strategy and workforce improvement. Might be off topic, but guys please, take care of your health. I've been rejected by all companies in the last 2 months. I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email. I felt dizziness while working and fell down today. I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health. It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.

The worst past about being a senior associate is I have the responsibilities of a partner but also still get associate tasks. For example, I have a two-week jury trial coming up with damages in the mid 7-figures yet I’m still being given tedious discovery and answers to prepare on partner’s cases when I don’t have any time, at the expense of my own cases.

I’m a high performing audit S2 (S3 next month) who is evaluating a career switch to FDD (either internally or another big 4). Is FDD worth the switch (and worth me paying back $35K retention bonus)?

What do you do about colleagues who brag how ahead they are in planning or are total Type A’s?

I have got to tell you all a funny story: I sometimes teach Elie Wiesel’s Night in World Literature. There is a character whose name is “Idek.” You would be astonished by the amount of bright & gifted children who read his name as “I don’t even know” because of “text talk.” They will be reading along & say, “ and I don’t even know said.” I understand why they are doing it, & I don’t think it’s their fault, but pray to the powers that be that the children get it eventually. 😂🤣
