I have a Rollover and SEP IRA alongside my current 401k.

My Roth account has the lowest balance because historically I've taken the tax deduction for pre tax contributions to the SEP and Rollover.

I understand if I contribute the money to Rollover and then backdoor to Roth, I will pay tax pro-rata based on the contribution percentage of total Rollover/SEP account balance (majority tax on funds that have grown).

Q: Can I open another traditional IRA solely for the purpose of the backdoor?

WSB literally saved GME, it’s pretty nuts. So for those that made $$ congrats but it’s just luck, you ain’t a genius. And to all the novice investors on this bowl, GME is as big as an anomaly that can exist in the market. Don’t follow stocks blindly like this as you can be burned bad.
What’s wild about GME’s current valuation is that they can just issue equity and payoff all their debt now (recall this company was almost filing for bankruptcy)...
