No but it all depends on your long term goals. Nothing wrong with staying at a company long term if you like the company, enjoy the work, are paid fairly, and the career path is in line with what you want.
Also if there is upward mobility nothing wrong there.
I would say no. Job hopping always come with the risk of instability.
No. It depends on your situation. I've seen people job hop and find great opportunities. I've also seen people job hop and be more miserable at each place. If you're in a good situation, don't leave just for the sake of leaving. But if there is something else you want to try then go for it. Personally, I've been at the same place for 15+ years and still enjoy what I do and have flexibility. I don't think its likely I'd have as good of a situation anywhere else.

No. Nothings a waste if you can afford to live the life you want.
Definitely not a waste, especially because we’re approaching a bear market (s&p down 19%). Job market is strong but many finance professionals think we’re heading toward a minor recession.
