You can decide an offer there if they are giving u 100% hike and in case if you don't like the work/project you can switch after an year, everything depends on the project you get. Maybe you can have a discussion with the project manager before taking any decision.
Yeah but early increment will be less.
In Big4, what is the average annual hike range?
My 2 cents on this.
It all depends on what stage of your career, you are and where you want to go in next 3 to 4 years. I have seen people at an advanced stage of the career when the financial considerations do not play a major deciding factor, preferring to join WITCH from the big 4. May be you will not like the culture at some places, but you may get good roles and responsibilities where more decision making powers will be with you.
All in all, there is no cookie cutter answer to the question. It depends on a lot of parameters which the concerned has to consider before taking the decision.

If you are looking for onshore opportunities to make quick bucks then yes, it’s certainly worth it. Again it depends on the profile you are joining in. The only issue is that you will have to stick there for a couple of years and gain some trust. The culture in WITCH is pretty much laid back and all you have to do is be billable.
