Got a healthcare hedge fund analyst offer with 150K base and up to 250K bonus. With comp increase potential but no clear path to be promoted to portfolio manager given the fund size. I will be losing on a lot of bonus if I join Cognizant. Should I negotiate on my CTC adding my bonus in my base salary or ask them to compensate for the lost bonus as joining bonus

Hi All! A good friend of mine is referring me to a “startup” (series d) firm that has an iPaaS product. Currently a low code / no code PaaS architect at Accenture (7 toe). I have little to no exposure to sales engineering. Total comp now is ~150k while the SE opportunity OTE comp alone is ~220k with 170 base. Is this a good field / salary?

I’ve now realised I’m getting paid significantly less than the market rate. I’m getting job offers with almost 40% increase. I know my male peers at my company get paid significantly more than me.
