Hello Everyone, Hope you are doing well. I need a small help and advice from advice from all of you. Recently I received an offer from MNC but a some what wierd clause is included if I get rejected in the client interview company will decide my further deployment and engagement. Quote : "For the employees who are not so selected by Client for the offers; we will discuss further deployments and engagements with the Company at that point of time." Please help me understand it.

From start to finish, how long did it take for you to get from the first interview to an offer? (heard some agencies take upwards of six months to hire and am curious how common this is... because that's wild)
