My current company has been acquired and is under going restructuring and lots of exits from past management.

Immediately looking for change.

2 yrs exp post MBA and 2 yrs before that as an engineer (non IT/CS)

Current: Finance and product analyst.
Skills: Ms Excel, Excel dashboards, SQL server, Jira, tableau.
Data analysis, financial data analysis, Sprint planning, collaborating with engineers to solve finance data issues.

Need some guidance on where and what roles I can apply.

Has anybody had success pivoting off the bench into a non-managerial role?

Do currently go to Alma College but I take summer classes at a community college NCMC to get my general Ed’s out the way so at Alma I can focus on my major and electives related to my major and in high school I did dual enrollment. When applying When I’m applying to law school do I submit my Alma college transcript only or would I have to included the transcript from NCMC?

Has anyone partially funded college for their children with Roth IRA withdrawals? I think withdrawals for education expenses are not subject to penalties for early withdrawal. Did your children get "penalized" when applying for scholarships because their parents had Roth IRAs to fund some college expenses? Considering routing 529 contributions to a Roth IRA. If my children don't go to college, at least I have more retirement savings.

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.

Trying to pivot to top PE and need advice.

My background is 3.5 years strategy consulting at T2 -> 1 year Associate boutique IB startup (current).

Should I lateral to MM/BB IB and then make transition to PE after 1 year? Or should I try to go for PE roles now (at analyst level) since it will be hard to compete with MM/BB IBs for associate role?

What is the process need to follow for getting the reimbursement for(I am at M level) ITIL or Scrum master certification from cognizant side.

So what companies should I work for to be considered successful? MBB, FAANG, what else?

Is it possible to land a financial analyst position with only 6 months of experience in audit? I tried to stick it out w/ B4 but I don’t think I can do it anymore. I’m interested in duties like budgeting/forecasting, but haven’t come across very many entry level positions. I’m mostly seeing entry level jobs that are called “financial analyst” but include duties like JE/reconciliations. I don’t have SQL/Tableau experience either... so not sure if I just need more experience in a diff role first?
