Is it advisable to leave JP morgan after 9 months? My prev org(a big 4) is hiring back. WLB at JPM is great, b ut work here is slow and not exactly what i was hoping for. WLB at EY is worse, but role is good and of course there will be a hike. Cannot decide what to do. YOE - 11

Need advice - I’m an audit A2 at a Midwest office and I’m supposed to start in CMAAS in May. Thing is, I have an offer for Analyst 1 in MM TAS and another offer for senior 1 in FDD at another big 4. Is there any way at all I can go back to PWC with these offers and somehow switch my transfer to FDD? I don’t know if it would completely burn bridges with everyone I’ve met and worked with in CMAAS, especially after I already accepted a transfer. I like PWC but don’t know what to do.

Need to get some ‘relevant’ consulting exposure. I’ve got 4 YOE but I’m in a very niche service offering and it’s been difficult for me attempting to lateral. Does it make sense to try to go to a Capco or a Guidehouse? Seems to me like that’s a stepping stone I could possibly take. B4 immediately rejects me and I don’t even bother looking at what MBB/T2 opportunities are out there.

Is it hard to get into big tech from big 4 tech consulting after 3+ years? I tried at 2 yoe and didnt get any FAANG interviews. I was also targeting data analytics roles and it seems pretty tough.
