I just received the project, and it is a five page brief asking for 2-3 variations of two deliverables as part of a phase one campaign for an existing real product. I am to present, make changes live on the call, then give them my files by midnight the day after.

I feel like this is scamming me of my intellectual time with no guarantee of an offer. Am I justified or being cynical?

My partner had an interview where a full naked body (either from a roommate or s/o?) was exposed on the interviewers side of their Zoom background. No apology or acknowledgement towards the situation was ever expressed during/after the interview. She decided to bring it up to HR and they completely brushed it off as well. She is emotionally scarred and in such a slump by the situation and job search in general. Is this normal agency behavior, especially from HR?! So grossed out by the response.
