Is it bad for me to still go to work with a cold? I work part time at a restaurant. Confirmed negative result from covid testing today.

For those of you who take antidepressants, how long did it take for them to start working? I’ve been taking mine 22 days and I still feel miserable and crying all the time. I’m even considering taking a leave of absence to be in my home country with my family because I feel so alone and isolated/no purpose right now. I am going to therapy. Any words of hope would help 🙏🏻❤️

I struggled with anxiety my entire life. I have significantly improved, and here is what I did. Hopefully some of these may help y'all:
- medication: lexapro
- see a therapist every week
- practice mindfulness and meditation at least 5x per week. This includes a weekday journal called "five minute paperback journal"
- be easier on myself. Realize that improvements can happen 1% at a time instead of 100% at once
- commit to relaxing: I set time for myself to recharge and do whatever I want

Pretty new to these parts, but I don't understand how people can accurately compare hours billed. It seems like there is no uniform billing MO and what one person would bill 2 hours for, another attorney would bill 3.4 for the same work product. Billing less may mean you're more efficient (or ethical). Billing more may mean you're more diligent. I'm assuming I'm missing big points here.
