Is it bad to constantly job hop, if I leave my current firm will be 1 year at EY Audit, 1 year at Deloitte FDD and then somewhere new. Just worried how this would look going forward

I am currently in Canada on a closed work permit. I recently joined this job about a month back, and the work culture at this place is something I cannot bear for longer. I know switching jobs on a closed work permit requires a new work permit. Is it possible to convince employers and get a new work permit while I stay in Canada? As an alternative, I was also thinking of doing a Masters in Canada- is it possible to convert a closed work permit to a student visa?

What is market rate for a new (external) transfer into FDD?

For reference I will be a Senior in Audit in May, and would look to transfer into FDD after that. I’m expecting ~75K base in audit, and want to make sure I don’t lowball on range when talking to recruiters. I asked what the market rate is on an intro call, but they didn’t provide any info so I said $90-100k.
