Is it better to exercise in the morning or after work?
I had brain fog all day and noticed that it disappeared after going for a bicycle ride this evening. Wondering if exercising in the morning would help

It’s different for everyone. The best exercise is the kind that you actually do, so if you can consistently exercise in the morning and makes you feel good, then do that

yeah it really depends on the person. When I gym, I like lifting heavy so if I lift in the morning, I feel so strong and healthy but within a few hours I’m EXHAUSTED. Can’t really afford to be physically exhausted everyday so I try to gym after work.

For me morning workouts are best and I have a clear head

Mid morning to early afternoon “lunch”…but I work long hours.

The best time is what allows for consistency.

Starting an IVF cycle shortly; and feeling very anxious. My period, which is usually within 25-28 days hasn’t started yet. It is 14 days late (and no, I am not pregnant :). My doctor had me patching 4 estrogen patches everyday for 10 days.
Has anyone else gone through this? Delayed period because of IVF stress? Or delayed period because of estrogen patches?
I don’t know what to make of all of this. Any help/ guidance would be great!

I'm really excited. I basically couldn't walk for like a week after I had COVID. Even just laying down hurt. It was like merely existing was excruciating (reminded me of the last 8 weeks or so of pregnancy honestly).

I told myself I couldn't go back to the office until I could be on my feet for several minutes (for meetings, bathroom trips, etc.). Yesterday was my first day back in the office. It was horribly painful. But today is Day 2, and I'm doing OK!!! I'm so excited!

Covid travel question - for Spain I had to fill out a "health control form" because I am connecting in Madrid to go to Italy. I am connecting to another airline so will need to go get my bags - will I have any trouble since I assume getting my bags is within Spain and after immigration

I feel like a lot of the discourse about pharmacists lately ignores that we are often just as informed or even more informed about the drugs physicians are handing out than they are. Anyone know if there’s a workaround way to get access to a 24h therapy phone line through Kaiser? Seems like they don’t offer talk therapy by phone which is a real bummer if you’re physical distancing or travel often. I’m open to learning about non-Kaiser options as well that have great therapists and ideally are easy on my wallet. I think my dream therapist would be someone who’s also trained as a dating coach (maybe someone like Brooke Sprowl in LA except covered in network)
