Is it better to just leave a job off your resume if it’s less than 6 months? I’m afraid of coming across as a job hopper but also feel I gained valuable experience during my fairly short stint.

Do interview questions at google, especially for S&O roles lean more towards asking about past experience (tell me about a time when) or hypothetical (what if abc happened)? I don’t have a strategy / ops background (I’m coming from finance) but I’ve studied a lot of case studies etc and think I could do great in hypothetical and case study questions. But maybe not the past experience questions, because I just haven’t run into all these scenarios

I'm so anxious about a tech position and I dont know where to place this anxiety. I'm on the last part of the interviewing process and I got an email from the recruiter tonight to have a phone call tomorrow with them. I don't know what it's about, but now I'm on edge.

Hello all, this is my first post! Currently at US Bank as a mortgage officer and looking to go to Chase. I’m on the third rd of interviews for a Relationship Banker position and have 7 years Military leadership experience, 7 years sales which include 3 years mortgage lending. One year left to complete my MBA. Should I make the move or stay where I’m at? And what is the typical salary and commission to be expected on the offer letter? Any information would be great.

Is it a red flag if during an interview the partner asks how your billable hours were last year? Could be just a standard question but I wasn’t sure.. I’ve never been asked that before in interviews.

How do you know when it’s best to stay in your position?

I’m tired of pivoting. I feel like my job has growth potential and I like my company. Also it seems like my company places a lot of emphasis on experience and I can only get that with time.

On the other hand I work on a small team and there is definitely room for improvement. I think the issue is the size of the team? Like, if there were 2-3 more people it wouldn’t be too bad.
