Is it better to work through an agency recruiter or an independent recruiter? Or does it not really matter?

Had a great first day with a guy, he initiated the second date before the night ended. We’ve spoken daily, but it seems like neither of us can keep the conversation going?? I asked if we were still on for our second date as I was looking fwd to it; he’s not sure because of the weather (outdoor activity). Then he filled me on what he was doing as he was enjoying his day out with his parents. Any practical advice? I haven’t been on a date in years so it feels like I’m messing it up 😭

I recently received a job offer at a new company (!!) but I'm only 6 weeks away from being fully vested at my current company (which has a policy where you need to make it to three years or you don't get to keep any of the company's contributions).
Is it worthwhile telling this to the HR team so I could get a delayed start date at the new company? Or is that a no no?
