Hello,
Last Wednesday I was able to get a Deloitte job referral, I applied the next day. Yesterday I signed in to my account and it shows that I applied for the job but when I click on the link it show me an error page. I searched for the job on the website itself and it disappeared. There were like multiple positions but different locations, now they’re all expired. What does this mean? Did they choose a candidate already? It’s weird it never happened to me before
Thank you in advance 🙏🏻

Mck is 2-3 years as BA, bschool, 1 yr asc, then EM. Now good BAs will make EM pre-bschool (no asc tenure)
B2 - I know more than 1 who made AP in 4 years. You don’t have to believe us, those folks exist. They’re exceptional, hard working, and more than a bit fortunate to be in the right place at the right time.
That would be exceptionally rare. The absolute fastest possible I’ve ever seen is SM promo 4.5 years post UG (2 as AC, 6 mo as SAC, 2 as C, skip M) and that’s very very very rare.
Was not a guy. And our typical “fast track” is only spending 6 mo at M level, and M level is just a title, not an actual promotion point so it’s basically just like getting promoted 6 mo ahead of “fast track”. You never age into the M title so you effectively skip it, but it’s not like you’re actually skipping over a real promotion point.
I’ve seen someone do it in 4 years. 2 AC -> 0.5 SAC -> 1.5 C -> SM (then went to bschool and returned two years later). As you said, very rare, but it’s been done before
BCG is 2 years associate (undergrad entry), 2 years consultant (mba entry) then PL (which is EM, SM equivalent). It’s more common for folks to do 2 years as associate, 1 consultant year then b school then come back and do 1 more year as a consultant before PL. I know a few that did all 4 years and left for b school right before or right after promo to PL
