I am being offered 17lpa fixed + 1.7lpa variable by Mckinsey Bangalore and 14.5lpa fixed + 1.5lpa Joining bonus by Deutsche Telekom WFH.

Both are offering me a SDE 1 position.

I want to know the better company keeping in mind WLB, Perks and Benefits, Culture, also with the thought that in the future I want to pursue an MBA in the future.
I will be relocating to Bangalore so I also want to know the cost of loving in Bangalore.

If my company is deducting tax on reimbursements for example relocation, flight travel, mobile usage, etc. Then how to show in tax filing? bcoz as per my understanding it should not be taxable as I am using my money and company is refunding and no extra income. What is job security in hexaware for Devops roles? Anyone please

Is anyone else experiences a huge number of employees with mental health issues? I have 50 employees and in one location 3 are on intermittent leave due to metal health and suicidal thoughts (not work related) We as managers have been very open and supportive to these individuals but as management we are not “equip” to deal with the confessions and the issues because of sensitivity. HR doesn’t seem to have any guidance other than EAP program, any thoughts or strategies.

i really dislike my significant other’s family. i feel terrible because he loves mine and constantly says so.

i can’t tell him that, so just venting here. any tips with dealing with that?
