Is it crazy if I exit big 4 (non strategy) right after graduating with an MBA after 10 YOE and go to MBB or similar to do strategy work? Is it taking steps back? Is it going to make my resume stronger if I later decide to exit Consulting and have those names, years and experience ( although not crazy titles since I'll be starting again at MBB)?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

Recently left consulting to join a big tech co in a BizOps role. While I like what I am doing, I get quite bored at work. I barely work for 5-6 hours a day, sometimes even less. Anything I could do to upskill myself? I don’t know much about tech world, any trainings/courses I could do? I think I made a faux pas during a discussion with a recruiter when asked what my salary expectations were. I KNOW not to give my number first but I was so caught off guard by the question since it was our initial discussion that I just blurted out a range.
