I recently received an offer from a competitor with a promotion to my existing role and close to 50% hike. PwC is about to file my I140 in premium now and now I am caught up in 2 minds. Would I wait for another 180 days to make sure that my I140 technically cannot be revoked or do i risk joining the new firm ? The new firm would start my GC process after 6 months of joining and my H1 max out period is in July 2024.

Any suggestions are welcome!

Looking for some advice. I am currently going through a work based green card sponsorship. The company kicked off the process in January this year. EVL was submitted in June and still no response. I believe once the EVL is approved they will initiate the PERM process. Does anybody know how much more is left in the process until I get the green card?
