Is it easy to switch project in IBM GBS after being recruited as 3yoe?
As I want project in Bangalore instead of Pune.

Upper management's direction is to put together the most aggressive deadlines we can. If we think a project will take 16 months, make the plan for 10 months then there's a chance we may launch in 13 months.

I understand that time to market is important in consumer product goods, but being constantly behind schedule and rushing everything is terrible for the team's morale.

The Acct department is fairly new at my company and PMs have ran most accounts but this company is growing but the PM department isn’t. Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. I got an offer from IBM and EY GDS with same salary package. I am confused as which company to join. I am looking for good work life balance.

I am joined in IBM 2months back ..now i am getting offer from product company with 30% hike .. whether my notice period is 90 days .. or i am not yet confirmation from IBM . kindly help me on this . In probation period my notice period is 30 days in offer letter

Technology - Salesforce, joined 1.3 years back, first hike.

Working with client's inhouse tech team, hence the reviews go as I receive them from client and send. Have dependency in the client team with very good reviews.

Will the above mentioned factors matter or is it just the PMR?
