Yeah agreed, 2 weeks is nothing. Go for it and Godspeed
Ya I’m gonna do it. Thank you!
Yes. I’ve gotten interviews from it. 2 weeks is nothing. 2 months however...
Yes go for it. Just had an interview today for a position that was posted in January... takes awhile to find the right person sometimes.
agreed. I snagged a job that was posted for two months which is why I applied... seemed like they were looking for something specific.
Depends we’ve been trying to fill some roles for months lol
I mean it’s def not me, I’m not involved lol
Never know - it really depends. Apply!
No. If they have to post it you have a chance.
We have people with 1 year of experience at a gym's front desk or doing social posts for a kindergarten apply for Account Supervisor positions so yeah... You could have a chance if you're actually qualified and have read the job description 😂
My current position was posted for 3 months before they hired me. My previous position was 6 months.
If it’s posted online, the agency’s search has already been through the wringer. Online postings are a last resort when their recruiters and search firms have failed. It’s like buying a lottery ticket, ya might get lucky, but don’t expect anything.
To clarify, I meant internal recruiters.
You’re fine.
1 Week for agency to review all applicants
1 week for convos with HR and set up of interviews
1 week for interviews
1-3 weeks for decision
4-7 weeks total and that’s a truncated timeline
