Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team. I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion to Team Lead which the HR had rejected for some reason. I feel I am really underpaid and EY is not valuing me as an employee. Do you think negotiating with the HR will give a positive solution or should I look for opportunities in KPMG and Deloitte ?
What will be my in-hand monthly salary?

I have 4 yrs of experience and it's my 4th company. It's okay to change unless and until you justify - why there are frequent hops in your career question. Everybody knows why everyone changes company bruh

layoffs are hitting in USA. Its not advisable now to switch within 3 months that too a high salary slab with 10 plus yoe.

Why are you planning to change? If it's just for the pay, then definitely this is not the best time. And also leaving an organization is not the right thing to do in just 3 months for a pay reason.(Considering you already have a really good pay)
