Is it fine to share offer letter with HR for compensation revise/counter offer ? I feel it's confidential document and should not be shared ?

I am having salary discussion with Wipro and consultancy person is saying they cannot offer more than 16 LPA to me, I asked her to connect me to HR for salary discussion and may be it will be done today or tomorrow. My current CTC is 9 LPA and I have asked for 25 LPA, is this correct? Please suggest

Optum (grade 27)-32.8lpa (Fixed - 26.2, pf - 1.26, variable - 5.25) + 2lacs JB
JPMC(grade 602) - 25lpa (pf - 90k)
I am more interested in joining JP. But there seems to be a big difference in CTC. There is no variable mentioned in JP offer but probable12% bonus.
Which one is a better choice. Will JP revise my CTC. How and when to approach them and what's least I settle for. Joining date is 14th Sept for both.

Hi people! I am entering the very final step of an hiring process in a Capital Venture Company and my chances to get an offer seem solid. I passed through a recruiter and we spoke about salary expectations very early on. He told me that 110k for this specific role would be the max. He put me in touch with another startup where the range is higher (120k) but I have a preference for the VC company w/ lower compensation.
