I’m almost 20 years at the same site, and I have fears that I’ve lost my skills while going through the pandemic. I’m scared I won’t be able to classroom manage now that classes will be back to full sized and that I will have a mask on.

Uh client has their social channels divided by country... but compared themselves to adjacent competitor brands that hold only 1 account... doesn’t understand why engagement isn’t similar -_- advice?
When do first year corporate associates start “getting it”? When does common sense kick in? That’s not something I can teach. I can train only so much, repeat the same advice and explain why we do the things we do…. but can they meet me halfway and at least try to fake the funk and not be so sloppy? I know I was a horrible junior (just can’t remember for how long). Rambling over, just frustrated, it’s tripling my workload.
