Would anyone be interested in getting help with interview prep? I know so many people that struggle with interviewing. I have heard a number of people mention that they have ADHD (which I do as well) and that has caused them a lot of difficulty in interviews which made me wonder if that is something that would be helpful and useful to people. Any tips/resources to improve leading teams or unofficial “direct reports?”

My time in the workforce has historically had me at the bottom of the totem pole. However, in the past few months I’ve had a few new additions to my team that look to me for guidance, feedback, or delegation of tasks.

I know I struggle to delegate because I get tasked with many ad hoc items that require a quick turnaround and I feel that I don’t have the time to show/train/QA their deliverable.

So after spending 7 years in the industry, I no longer wanna be part of ad world. It’s years of work to get 1 decent campaign out. What are interview questions YOU ask when you are honestly trying to figure out if you'd like it there?

I got an introduction to an ECD through a mutual connection and he wants to chat. Are there other reasons he’d chat besides employment possibilities? It’s a place I didn’t see myself standing much of a chance of getting into.

Any advice on how to boost my confidence and show them that I deserve a space there?

Got fired today. All my above the line work got positive nods. My CD was overly picky about every word in my email blasts and collateral. I’m sure that’s what did it. Luckily I have a produced radio spot, another on the way, and tv spot being shot this month. Any advice?

Always wanted to be an agency Creative, but now I’m considering directing. Still fairly young (30). Is this an unrealistic dream? How does one go about It?
