Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

Hi Fishes
A bit off topic but relevant.
Did anyone hear abt TekFog & Persistent Systems Limited ? Did they develop it ? What's going on ? I wanted to apply (location preference) but am worried now if company is into these sort of unethical activities even more so if they don't even know about it.
Does anyone has any insights into it beyond the company blog post claiming they are not involved. Also how is the work culture there, are these sort things even believable for such company ?

Assuming you get the match annually and have the ability to max I'd max the traditional 401k first (less tax withholding earlier in the year, more time in market for funds) then once maxed do the post tax. If you are matched with each paycheck I think you often need to spread out your pretax contributions across the entire year.
Accenture and many companies have a true up so it’s x% of total contributed paycheck at year end.
Do you get a match for after tax or just for traditional or Roth?
You roll it into a Roth. After tax is basically a way to put more in Roth
If you ask really nicely
