Is moving from Senior Consultant title to Product Manager title a lateral / backwards move? Job description for PM role says 2-5 years experience, yet I have 5.5 in consulting (albeit not in a product environment). I recently found out I’m being paid less than a coworker who started in my department about 2 years after I did, and also has less experience overall. My performance reviews have always been stellar and I’ve never received anything but positive feedback. I would like to discuss with my supervisor, but also have an interview coming up for a promotion (within the same department). Should I discuss my current compensation before the interview?

Wondering whether anybody’d be interested in some kind of more purposeful community- i.e., gathering w/fellow lawyers to pursue some specific mental health & well-being goals? We’d provide some counseling/coaching type content, in bite sized chunks, but have regular discussions to connect & encourage one another on applying the content IRL.

Does any MBB tech groups pay similar to their traditional MC level? Such as McKinsey Digital, BCG Platinion/Gamma etc?

Good movers that won’t cost an arm? I got snubbed by a bad moving company and they asked for $1k and as a single woman I didn’t feel comfortable saying no and still tipped generously. Want to avoid that situation again :(

In a LT relationship that checks all the boxes, and my SO makes an obvious effort to make sure I feel appreciated. Problem is every time I try to do something special for them, I'm met with unenthusiastic comments or "you didn't have to do that". They don't make much effort to join my family events, and when there was a stressful event in their family they asked me to stay home and watch the pet while they went to visit. I was the only SO not there, and while they made it clear i wasn't at fault
