Is it just me or are recruiters/ HR particularly inefficient and grouchy as of late?!

McKinsey 🐟 - I cleared R1 interviews on Friday and the feedback I received was to have more Level 3 insights during the case in R2.

Can someone explain what this means?

I had a question for you all. Do interviewers give their feedback and rating (or score) before your “package” being sent to HC? And if there is a bad or lower rating in one of your interview, does the “package” still get sent to HC knowing that it may not pass (60% possibility).

I have cleared all interviews 2 weeks back and uploaded documents in portal. How long does Accenture take to release an offer?

Offered a job in D NL for Sr. Con. But after having 3rd round (final) of interview I was advised to change my domain then again I have to give interviews. Current profile is in SCADA sec. Adviced profile is DLP. I have very much interest in Scada sec. Never had a hands on experience tho. But studied well. DLP is not my cup of tea. Pls suggest if I should send email again to 3rd round interviewer asking to let me take in for SCADA sec role. Or can change later internally if required.

I keep bombing my interviews and I’m desperate for help. Anyone have any links to good interview guides with videos and scripts for someone who’s going for senior marketing roles? I’ve gotten interviews from nearly every FAANG company and other big tech so I know it’s not my resume that needs work.
