Is it just me or do these Black employee resource groups be feeling like BSU at a PWI?

Because I attended an HBCU 🐍🐍, I’m unaware of the actual BSU at a PWI “feeling” but can completely agree with a clear divide present within the Black employee resource groups. Very unfortunate.

**Non-ACN INTERLOPER** 1. Assuming the hair point is a broader one about having discussions about people bringing their full selves to work; i’d add “supported by action” (e.g., having employees backs when they choose to do so and get push back). 2. Your ERG should have senior level leadership as part of the structure (even if just at a “board” level). And that leadership should be accountable to what they hear from the ERG and what they promise (e.g., set clear goals and track against KPIs). Preference for that leader to be black, but that’s not always feasible.
