Guys I received the letter of intent from Deloitte USI on 11th July, HR is still not giving the final offer letter. I got a response saying "awaiting internal approval" twice after follow up.
Should I wait or move on? How long does it really take its been 14 days already.
I'm serving notice period and last working day is nearing.

Why don't you appear for UPSC?
It's just you.
Do you have ability to mug up..
If yes...Then crackes
Beta interview tak jaane ke liye pre and mains nikalna pdta hai. Jab wo hi jaaye tab ye sab sochna

No, it is like if I want to select you I will ask easy questions and if I have decided not to select then it is another story.
Upsc is 80% mugging / 20% brain
I agree.
They may or may not be intelligent but they are knowledgeable of their major subjects and also overall.
When I see my batchmates the most intelligent one are doing corporate jobs and most hardworking ones have cleared upsc(few of them).
Are humanities subjects all mugging up? Those people do not have brain ?
To be honest in 90% of IT jobs, applying technological concepts which are by hearted after working in corporate for 3-4years when everytime you're working on the same things with little changes. Some people learn some tool and they do the same process for their whole career. What exciting is there? People stuck to computer screen for 10-12hrs and talking with machine only.
Sometimes I get confused who is living the real life or it's just the illusion.
I worked as a developer for 2 years before moving to another sector. Software development isn't easy at all. Maybe it will get more comfortable after working for 3 years.. but technology develops at a more rapid pace that the developer again has to learn new tech.. it's so dynamic
Most are not that intelligent.. My friend is an IRS now
That idiot got negative marks in maths in jee. Imagine being so bad.
But one thing he had.. He was a very hard working..Wherever mugging was required.. He would damn score well and vomit.
So yes hard working nature is required
I think marks has a point till graduation, if you are not going into academics then there is no point of having those marks. You're still writing those same code which everyone else has been doing. Same logics which are by hearted after working for 3-4years. What happened to those physics chemistry and maths?
I have also done my BTech from one of the NITs after qualifying JEE.
I was preparing for UPSC and did all hard work I could. Spent at least 8 hours per day along with the daily work for around 3 years. After Prelims, all it matters is luck & time. Even if you do pretty bad in Mains, you will get passed when luck favours. Unfortunately, it didn't favour me.
Hmm. You were only whiskers away from the line. Maybe life has something else better for you.
