I need inputs from all of you!! Last year in Aug, I had received an offer from a Big MNC, but I didn't want to join them and when my current boss offered me to match the offer and retain me, I accepted it. Everything went very well and I wasn't looking for a change. But last week a Startup from Bangalore reached out to me on LinkedIn and wanted to know if I was up for a position they have. I now have an offer and I really want to join them. How should I approach my boss??Infosys Amazon

I have been placed for the role of BTSA (Fresher) and was really looking forward to DSA role which ZS Associates did not come for on our campus apparently. What is the best way to ask for projects while onboarding that I get to atleast work in projects related to DS (or Data Engineering atleast) from the beginning?
Long shot, but can I ask for a role change during HR Fit round or something equivalent during onboarding or HR interaction?
