Does my job title on my resume have to match the job title on offer letter? I’m a “global supply manager” in my offer letter but have “manager, supply strategy and development” on my resume and LinkedIn. 1) it’s what I actually do, 2) Global supply manager is generic and no one outside the industry knows it and 3) this is how the position was sold to me during the interview process. PMs managing style is driving me crazy. Unnecessary stand ups, constant email forwards and instant pings after it. Already relayed the first thing, but does it make sense to relay the second? Hello. I work at a mid size erp/epm consulting firm and my base salary is not comparable to big4s. I currently make a TC of 105k with two years of consulting experience. I asked for a raise last month and now my TC will be pumped up to 126k at the end of year. I have been poached by many consulting firms and some are offering 135-150k TC.
