I started a new job at a network agency a couple months back and just realized how good I had it last 7 years at 2 different shops where the ECD/CCO had the final say in things. The new agency there’s a high up chief head of accounts who always has creative input and can kill an idea before sharing with the client after ECD approves. Not sure how to handle this, is there’s anything I can do. Any tips?
