Is it just me or has anyone else encountered gender discrimination from Female Managers?

Planning to move to NJ. Every good school district has > 50% Desis. Pros and cons? I am desi myself xD and was wondering if I should instead focus on good school with more diversity or just go w/ excellent school w/ desi majority

On job applications, do you self-identify your race/ethnicity & gender? I’ve always disclosed it but feel like maybe if I don’t do it for some apps it might raise my chances of getting a call back 🤔

Dog owners— does gender matter? I’m adopting a puppy and noticed people prefer female. I really don’t have preference but i’m curious the reason. Male dog owners- what are the cons or something i should be aware of when adopting a male puppy?

I’ve gone clientside as a WOC. One of the areas the lead agency is scored by is diversity.. I am infuriated that they’ve hired EVEN MORE white guys in leadership roles.

It’s weird that a white person continues to ask me, a person of color, to take diversity training, right?

I have been invited to a company diversity program. After reviewing the materials, I believe this will be more divisive and unhelpful than it will be constructive. I would like to not attend. Has anyone been successful in having this type of conversation with their manager?

And because it seems to matter these days, I’ll just throw out there that I am not a cis white man 😂

👀 Is it just me or has the “American Dream” become the American Nightmare? 😅 Working 40hrs a week just starts to feel crazier and crazier the longer I do it.
