Oh yes that is super true

Good for Droga. Let’s celebrate wins in this biz. And I don’t think it matters how big Diddy’s biz is, it’s a headline, it’s street cred.

They’re really good at PR’ing so I think the size of some of these wins is questionable, but yeah, winning consistently for sure. Airbnb A tiny piece of Coors Pdiddy’s company (unclear how big this is) Petco Discover card is really the only “huge” account to move this year, so these little wins are impressive in a year like 2020. Id bet those wins replace the losses from Dos Equis plus a little extra.

Thats awesome then 🙌🙌🙌

They seem to be on a run lately. Props to them 🥂

Martin won this year. They scooped up like 17 pieces of new biz.

They’re giving martin a run for their money but can they really count Accenture as a client?

I keep hearing Petco is a nightmare, so they may not keep that for long

How long have they had it?

Not all wins can be PR’ed. Just because you don’t hear about a win, doesn’t mean agencies aren’t winning.

Got a verbal offer for a job that I want. The offer is pretty good too, more in line with the work I want to do, 40% raise in base salary, and other benefits are roughly the same. Waiting on the official offer, to come on Monday. The problem is, Stockholm syndrome is real, I keep feeling bad for leaving my team as busy season is kicking off. What are ways to deal with this “guilt”?

I need advice y’all 😖 I’ve been interviewing with 2 agencies. Agency A is my dream place but they’re taking a long time to extend an offer. Agency B is intense/demanding but great I got an offer from agency B on Tuesday On Wednesday, I went through the 6th round of interviews with the CEO of agency A. I sent a follow up email this morning asking about next steps, but no response/no concrete offer just yet. I’m planning on emailing again before EOD about my other offer..SOS (1/2)

Hello, I'm an MBA candidate at a non-target school with a good supply & value chain program. Would anyone be willing to review my resume and offer any mentor-ship so that I can best position myself for fall internship recruitment? I realize the cards are stacked against me coming from a non-target, but I will work just as hard regardless. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Have a verbal offer with a call on Monday to discuss details. I'm thinking about not giving any further information on Monday on my numbers (I already gave a minimum which I'd be OK with, which maybe was a mistake?) or my opinion and then doing negotiation over email.
